The BSc undergraduate program in Computer Science and Mathematics provides students with a comprehensive and interdisciplinary education that combines the principles of computer science with the analytical rigour of mathematics. The Bachelor of Science programme in Economics, Mathematics and Statistics with Econometrics Honors/Honors with Research is an interdisciplinary programme offered jointly by the School of sciences and School of social sciences. This programme is uniquely designed for students who are interested in studying Economics with a solid understanding of quantitative methods derived from Mathematics and Statistics. The courses in Mathematics and Statistics offered are aimed at providing an excellent foundation for the quantitative study of Economics. After the successful completion of the three-year degree programme, the students have the option to do an honors programme/honors programme with research in econometrics or pursue graduate studies in economics, finance, actuarial science, data science, statistics, mathematics and related subjects.
