Navarasa: A Performative Ensemble
Navarasa is the annual production presented by the first-year students of Liberal Arts as the culmination of their Performative Arts course in the even semester. The event brings together dance, music, and theatre in a dynamic celebration of creativity and collaboration. Managed entirely by the students from concept and choreography to lights, sound, promotions, and finance, Navarasa embodies the spirit of interdisciplinary learning. Inspired by the nine classical emotions of human experience Shringara (love), Haasya (joy), Karuna (compassion), Raudra (anger), Veera (courage), Bhayanaka (fear), Bibhatsya (disgust), Adbhuta (wonder), and Shanta (peace) the production explores the depth and diversity of human expression through the performative arts.
