The Teaching Learning Enhancement Cell (TLEC) at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) is a faculty development and academic enhancement unit functioning under the Director of Academics. TLEC supports the continuous improvement of teaching, curriculum development, and educational quality through global best practices and national frameworks.
Enhances curriculum design, teaching, learning, and assessment aligned with global standards, Outcome-Based Education, and NEP 2020.
Organizes workshops, training sessions, and consultations focusing on learner-centered methods and digital pedagogy across disciplines.
Supports quality teaching and assessment, fosters research-informed practices, and encourages innovative publications in education.
Role of TLEC: TLEC motivates and guides faculty in enhancing curriculum, adopting learner-centered teaching methods, and aligning practices with global academic standards. It is a cornerstone for institutional academic excellence across CHRIST (Deemed to be University).
