It aims to enhance academic proficiency and professional readiness through structured peer training, skill-building workshops, and personalised development initiatives. CAPS bridges the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by promoting communication, leadership, and critical thinking. Volunteers take the lead in planning and executing programs, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to a collaborative learning culture.
